In Time Worldwide Express Limited (‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’) gather and process personal information in accordance with this privacy notice and in compliance with the relevant data protection Regulation and laws. This notice provides you with the necessary information regarding your rights and our obligations, and explains how, why and when we process your personal data.

We are registered on the Information Commissioner’s Office Register (registration number Z9388901) and act as the data controller or data processor when processing your data. We undertake to use this information only insofar as it is required to deliver our service or by law. Where you have provided us with personal information required to perform our services, we archive this securely after six months and destroy it after six years.
